Shipping policy
Orders typically will ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays within 2-3 business days after order placement. If an order is placed over the weekend, the order may ship as soon as Monday unless it is a holiday.
Once your package has shipped, it is beyond our control. Proper & True are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, mis-delivered packages or any instances that may prohibit delivery. Please ensure all information is correct when placing an order to decrease the chances of your package being lost. If however, your package for any reason turns up missing or delayed please contact the carrier that was used for your order to help you in locating your package and its arrival time. We understand however things happen and we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If we can assist you in any way please let us know.
If your package is "Returned to Sender" by your shipping carrier due to incorrect mailing address or any instances that may prohibit delivery, Proper & True are not responsible for any shipping charges accrued due to lack of delivery. We will gladly resend your package to the correct address you provide but you will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
