Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept Returns or Exchanges. We pride ourselves in making sure that your products are carefully inspected and packaged securely with the upmost quality to ensure it gets to you in the same condition it left us.

We understand however things can happen in transit.  If your order was damaged during transit, please notify us with a photographic image.  

Send your image and concerns to our email:hello@properandtrue.com within 48 hours.  Once damage is reported and verified, an arrangement for a replacement will be made.  If your item is out of stock at the time of replacement, a credit will be made in the form of a Proper & True gift card.
